Submit a complaint about Rideshare, Taxi or other service

If you have a complaint about a Ridesahre (Uber/Lyft/Juno/Flex/Didi), Taxi, Bus or Air travel provider, you may submit it here.

Ride safe has several resources for helping those who may have been harassed, assaulted, over charged or offered unsafe services.

PLEASE NOTE that Ride Safe is a non profit with very few volunteers to check complaint forms and respond.  The minimum response time is 48 hours and the maximum is one week.


If you have any screen captures, pictures or video of any incident, be sure to have these materials ready when you are contacted.
